SHOP POLICY

These are our shop policies. They are not open for debate. Thank you for understanding.

  1. No refunds. No exceptions.

  2. Deposits are required for both tattoo appointments, and custom artwork. Deposits are non-refundable. 

  3. I have a $150 minimum for all tattoos. This does not mean that your tattoo is going to cost $150. I either charge by the hour, or by the day. My hourly rate is $200/hr.

  4. No checks!!! We accept credit, debit, ATM cards and cash. There is also an ATM on site for your convenience. 

  5. Foot, hand, lip, any any other difficult to heal areas are not guaranteed. If you need to have one touched up, you will have to pay for it. For all other tattoos, we offer one free touch up within 6 months if needed. Also, if it is obvious that you did not bother to take care of your tattoo, you will be charged if you need touch up work. This will be at the discretion of the shop

  6. Children under the age of 18 will not be tattooed or pierced. Period. 

  7. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. That being said, I do value your business. Please be respectful to my fellow artists, staff, and other clients. 

  8. Your safety and satisfaction with my work is our top priority. Individuals who suffer from any condition which could impair the proper healing of your tattoo will be asked to provide written documentation from their primary health care provider, stating that it is safe for you to proceed with the tattoo procedure. Any individuals refusing to provide said information will be denied service solely on the grounds that it has been deemed unsafe for you to proceed with said procedure. 

  9. Our premises is under 24 hour video surveillance. By entering the facility, you consent to being recorded for security purposes.
